Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change at any time.
6-Week Course Terms
Current students in the 6-week course are given first priority to re-enrol for the following term.
If payment is not made by the specified due date, the spot will be released to the waitlist and general public.
Once released, the only way to rejoin the course is by joining the waitlist and enrolling when spots become publicly available.
No refunds are available for the 6-week course. Please ensure you can commit to the full term before purchasing.
Only one (1) makeup class is available per term and must be completed within the same term.
Makeup classes cannot be carried forward to future terms.
If the makeup class is missed, it is forfeited.
Up to two (2) makeup classes may be granted if you notify us in advance of planned leave prior to enrolling in the next term.
Late arrivals and missed sessions are considered attended and are not eligible for makeup classes, credits, or refunds.
Firing and Studio Use
A 1.5kg firing allowance is included per term (combined bisque and glaze firing).
Any excess will be charged at $1 per 100g (excluding GST).
All outstanding firing fees must be paid before any future firings can proceed.
All work is fired at the customer’s own risk. Muddy Madness is not responsible for cracking, breakage, glaze outcomes, or other firing results.
Pieces must be completely bone dry before being submitted for firing.
Payments for private firings must be made in full prior to collection.
Kiln Damage
Any damage to kiln shelves caused by improper glazing, including but not limited to drippy glazes, glaze applied to the base of pieces, or use of unsuitable clay bodies, will incur a $50 fee per damaged kiln shelf.
